We are happy to announce that the FoGuang HuB Spring Class will begin on Saturday, March 28. Join us this spring for an enriching series of Saturday sessions designed to inspire learning, reflection, and personal growth.
Whether you are a returning participant or new to FoGuang HuB, you are warmly welcome to be part of our supportive and uplifting community. Each class offers meaningful lessons and engaging discussions in a friendly environment.

Yoga Class
A time honored practice, yoga can help reduce stress, strengthen the body, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and improve overall health and sense of well-being. The classes will emphasize proper body alignment through physical postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate for all levels. No experience needed.
